My Story
I am Dr. Ewa Danuta Bialek a Polish author, psychosynthesis psychologist, and transpersonal
coach with decades of experience in holistic healing and personal transformation.
I have also been a long-time researcher at the Medical University and Postgraduate
Medical School in Warsaw. For years, I sought solutions to my own health issues
caused by traumatic childhood experiences, which ultimately led to stress-related
illnesses. I discovered firsthand the connection between childhood trauma and
physical illness, and then, through psychosynthesis, found a path to healing that my
clinical training alone could not provide. My own healing preceded and accompanied
my nearly thirty years of teaching and individual counseling in psychosynthesis.
I am the founder of the Institute of Psychosynthesis in Poland and author of multiple books in
English and Polish. I have published approximately fifty books and numerous scholarly
articles.
I have been featured in international podcasts and interviews sharing insights on
psychosynthesis, spiritual growth, and soul-centered living.
